The room had its own safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, which I really appreciated. the service was top-notch 😊. It was convenient to find parking nearby.

Particularly nice breakfast with variety of food, well priced. Fantastic location direct to the castle, in the very picturesque area. Besides, excellent for visiting a medieval and criminal Torture museum.

Excellent, marvellous location to the towers of San Gimignano. Exceptionally comfortable beds, television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. Free parking nearby provided.

The rooms offer lovely views in various directions.

The hotel is about 5 to 7 minutes walk from the city gate in a quiet location with a good view of the towers of the old city. No problems with parking. Breakfast was quite good.

I really enjoyed the triple room which was excellent. A bidet in the bathroom was a plus. Had super location on a well lit sidewalk. The service was impeccable, that made the hotel lovely place.

Great stay, as always. Fairly clean place with absolutely fabulous view of the skyline of San Gimignano. - the staff is nice and obliging. - Stunning location in the Val d'Elsa district next to the town center, Porta San Giovanni, and surrounding areas. - Very close to the city center of San Gimignano.

A clean, good, basic standard 3* hotel, 400 to 500 mtrs on mainly flat ground with just a few steps to climb to the maintown wall gate.rooms perhaps a bit roomer than some,staff friendly, breakfast O.K.' fruit tinned just basic continental breakfast but free parking ,it does what it says on the tin l would stay here again

The hotel is situated in the most picturesque place I've ever seen! The panorama is splendid, as you can see the Tuscany hills and the San Gimignano skyline, and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The staff is extremely helpful and positive. The restaurant works until 23 and serves good Italian cuisine. I really recommend tasting the Florentine steak and a selection of their own house-made wines.

The only thing I really missed was Internet connection.

The rooms are very spacious, with hypoallergenic pillows, and the food is delicious, especially the breakfast, all served by a friendly staff, with parking available nearby.

Very nice small hotel with very nice staff. We had difficulties with parking the car but the nice receptionist immediately moved her car so we could park ours right the opposite the reception. The old center of San G is in walking distance. (not too many restaurants though in San G). Breakfast was quite simple.

Clean,good room view

The deco of the restaurant was lovely, so we decided to have a meal,which was very disappointing. The meal we choose was steak florentine, which we were recomended to have, but it was tough of which we didn't eat as we sent it back there was no management there, so no one to complain except the waiter and waitress, as they did not do anything about it. As we were checking out the day after I mention at reception, as it looks as though its run by the family, the elder seem not to understand much, but the young lady did, her reply to my complain was that she wasn't working that night and that she didn't know anythiing. I didn't want any argument as I just paid the bill of the restaurant which was 100 euros and checked out.

Enjoy delicious meals and hot beverages in a great location close to the city center with friendly and efficient service from the staff.

Very clean, very new, charming hotel. Air conditioning works like a charm. (remember that the hotel is in Tuscany) Near the city. Excellent restaurant. Very, very nice staff. Superb stay for the money! Go for it.
